This client wanted the software to effectively manage financial, manufacturing, inventory, and retail operations. It was a massive challenge because, on the one hand, we had to develop a customized Shoe Store POS System, and on the other hand, we also had to make sure it accommodated two distinct currencies.
Furthermore, this client has products with distinctive characteristics like brand, color, class, group, shape, size, and style. Their products are a combination of multiple characteristics. Hence, they required a solution to help them create unique products by integrating these characteristics.
Our primary areas of concern were multi-store management, offline and cloud capability, store to store/warehouse-to-store transfers with accurate cost management.
Additional aspects that needed to address were promotions management, implementation of gift cards/loyalty programs, and customer Group base automatic discounts, to name a few.
