Option to approve
before posting:
Before posting anything to the Tally account, it is saved as a draft in Tally. A user needs to approve it, and then only posting is done. However, if you wish to remove this step, you can configure It to post directly without needing the approval.

Batch Size:
Batch size in Ari +Tally POS system integration defines the number of records getting posted to Tally in one go. The default batch size is 100, which means the posting on Tally will be done when 100 records are added to Ari.

From Ari, first, you need to map each attribute of Ari with each attribute of Tally. For making it trouble-free for you, we have introduced a step-by-step process that allows mapping of one section at one time. Anyway, it is a one-time process, and after that, you can directly post the records.
In case you have multiple stores, you need to select the outlet for which you are conducting the posting. There is a possibility that you have different companies added to Tally too. Make sure that you select the correct company before posting data from Ari.
Now, just by selecting the date range, your job is done! All the data for the selected date range will be instantly transferred to Tally. This can also be done automatically as per the batch size.
