Posting Status:
It is a crucial feature where a user needs to provide approval for the data which is going to be posted to Xero. It can be helpful when a user needs to check Ari’s incoming data. In this case the data will be saved as “Draft.” However, if you choose to eliminate the approval stage, it is possible to directly post it. In that case, data will have the “Approved” status.

Another option is to choose the “Pending” posts to get posted on Ari. It will only post the records which are left for posting. The last one is “Error.” The name itself implies that this option is to post the records which had shown error last time.
