Objective
The client wanted software by which they can manage their inventory in a highly effective way – Manage Batch number and expiry, classify their inventory by Routs of administrations, Medicines used for which therapy, Drug application, Generic Name, Strength, and specialty with our Pharmacy POS.
A POS (Point of Sale) they wanted to sell to retail customers and to hospitals both, the cashier should be able to see medicinal ingredients salt and able to search in POS medicined with its salt name along with its Bin Location i.e., where the medicine is being stored.
The client wanted receipts to be emailed to the customer, available cash in Store report in the backend, and Petty cash management at the store level.
POS solution should have the offline capability and should be able to scale quickly in case another store is being opened and manage multi-store operations effectively.
